About the role

We're looking for a confident and capable Centre Director who can bring out the best in their team and centre. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the service's culture, strengthening family relationships, and creating an inspiring environment that supports every child to thrive.

In this role, you will

Guide, mentor and motivate a team of dedicated educators

Build meaningful partnerships with families and the local community

Support centre growth by driving occupancy and enrolments

Uphold high standards of compliance, safety and educational quality

Nurture a welcoming, inclusive and engaging atmosphere for children and staff

What we're looking for

Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

Demonstrated leadership experience in Early Childhood or Long Day Care

Strong understanding of the NQF, EYLF and sector regulations

A positive, people-focused leadership style with strong interpersonal skills

Current First Aid, CPR, Child Protection and WWCC
