Make a Difference

This role manages business unit administrative responsibilities at Dawe's-Fretzin Dermatology, supporting 11 physicians, 7 physician assistants, and 15 front office staff. Responsibilities include overseeing finances, human resources, office management, staffing, and clinical quality, ensuring goals are translated into actionable items that drive results.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field, and/or 3 years of work experience in practice management (preferred)
  • Master's Degree (preferred)
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience managing a medical practice or healthcare facility (required)
  • Strong organizational values and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to manage execution and handle conflict effectively
  • Ability to foster positive relationships between physicians and staff
  • Experience integrating business and clinical cultures
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to clearly set expectations, follow up, and resolve issues promptly
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills
  • Decisiveness in making decisions that benefit the larger organization
