EServe Delivery

We are seeking an EServe Delivery Specialist to join our team at Zone IT Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of our EServe solutions to clients, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in service delivery, with a focus on EServe or similar digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of service delivery processes and methodologies.
• Experience working in a client-facing role, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to driving improvements.
• Familiarity with relevant technologies and tools related to EServe delivery.
