Role Description

Flexible hours | Performance-based pay + hourly rates for styling support. We're seeking a driven, creative, and self-motivated person to support a boutique property styling business working across the Gold Coast.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & client Engagement
  • Reach out to real estate agents, vendors and developers
  • Use social media for outreach and connection
  • Seeking network opportunities
  • Maintain agent/client relationships
  • Styling Support
  • Assist in planning and preparing for staging day
  • Pre-pack and load décor items
  • Support with install and set up on-site
  • Post-install unpacking and returns
  • Assist with photo/video capture for content

Qualifications
  • Confidence making calls and talking to agents and clients – communication and service skills essential
  • Skills and passion for interior styling and property
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable and physically able to help move décor items
  • Comfortable working solo on outreach and collaboratively on styling days
  • Proactive and not afraid to offer ideas or solutions
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
