Base pay range

A$50.00/hr - A$50.00/hr

Day Shift: $50/Hr + Super + Overtime (6:30am - 3:00pm)

Looking to secure a stable role with excellent earning potential? We're partnering with a global leader in sustainable packaging solutions to recruit an experienced Maintenance Fitter for their Carole Park facility.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Maintenance Fitter, you'll be vital to ensuring the smooth operation of site equipment. You'll carry out preventative maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and play an important role in improving plant performance.

  • Perform preventative and routine maintenance across a variety of production machinery.
  • Respond to breakdowns quickly and effectively to reduce downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical faults.
  • Maintain stock of spare parts and fabricate components when needed.
  • Keep accurate maintenance records in MEX or similar CMMS systems.

What We're Looking For

  • Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering - Fitting/Machining.
  • At least 3 years of hands on experience in manufacturing, FMCG or heavy industry.
  • Strong problem solving skills and a proactive, safety first mindset.
  • Own vehicle, tools, and a current driver's licence.
