Watsons Bay Milkbar is expanding our café, staying true to the beloved Australian milk bar concept. With a fully equipped kitchen and newly renovated premises, we are looking for an experienced Chef to join our dynamic team.

Job summary:

• Flexible hours available
• Expected salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year

Work in a fast-paced café environment, preparing a range of dishes to support breakfasts, burgers, and sandwiches. Ensure high standards of food quality and consistency and contribute to a positive dining experience for locals and tourists. Support kitchen operations and collaborate with staff to deliver timely meals, especially during busy weekend periods.

• Minimum of 3 years of solid kitchen experience
• Passion for creating both gourmet and basic dishes
• Strong communication skills with staff and patrons
• Well-spoken English; clear, effective communication within the team
