Base pay range

A$75,000.00/yr - A$80,000.00/yr

We're on the lookout for a Product Specialist to join our Product Marketing team in a full-time capacity. You'll play a crucial role in connecting the dots between product, sales, and the customer — driving technical excellence, market readiness, and customer adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Develop deep knowledge of the product's features, benefits, use cases, and differentiators.
• Assist in maintaining product documentation, pricing sheets, and feature guides.
• Help update product specs and materials as new features or services are launched.
• Support marketing and sales teams with product-related materials (e.g., fact sheets, presentations, internal FAQs).
• Research competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends.
• Respond to basic product questions from internal stakeholders (like sales or support teams).
• Support the team by pulling product usage data, preparing reports, and understanding customer needs
• Work closely with Product Manager and Sales Enablement to learn about the lifecycle of communications products.

Attributes & competencies that we are looking for:

• A degree in Communications / Marketing / Commerce
• Advanced skills in Excel and proven record of creating pivot table analysis, charts, graphs and presentations.
• Minimum 2 years' experience working in the technology vendor, IT or telecoms industries
• Experience in pricing and comparing products ready to go to market
• Fantastic communication and organisation skills
• Ability to manage a large number of tasks while meeting tight deadlines.
• Enjoys working within a team environment as well as independently
