The Role- Full ownership of a customer and broker from first enquiry through to settlement
- Working closely with the BDM team and their brokers, communicating conditions and decision outcomes via email, slack or phone
- Identifying opportunities with customers and brokers to maximise each deal and achieve the best possible outcome for all stakeholders
- Objection handling any concerns with our customers or brokers effectively
- Providing a high level of customer service and sales conversions
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to seek approval for loans in line with customer needs & Lumi policies
- Some experience in B2B telephone sales
- Proven record of managing a pipeline
- Business lending experience (desirable)
- Experience working for a FinTech or in financial services (desirable)
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and maintain a swiftly moving pipeline
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with new business and existing customers
- Commercially minded
- Curious, positive & self-starting
- Ability to work well with other people and build good relationships
