Overview

Seasonal Retail Consultant – Aesop Myer Melbourne | Casual. This seasonal position supports the Myer Melbourne store team across Festive Season 2025.

Responsibilities

• Engage, listen and guide customers to products that are relevant to their needs.
• Welcome customers into our spaces and deepen the product experience through intentional interactions.
• Deliver an exceptional, inclusive customer experience by demonstrating products that address customer needs.
• Support store teams to meet the needs of customers, process sales and maintain stock levels that are exceptionally presented.

What Are We Looking For / Qualifications

• The ability to communicate with warmth, curiosity and sincerity
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service
• No prior retail experience necessary but ideally you will have some experience within a customer service role or environment
• An interest to learn product knowledge
• Flexible and open availability throughout October – February (full availability required for these periods; 24th November – 24th December, 26th December)

Role Details

These roles are casual and commence from September 2025 and conclude in February 2026, with an opportunity to secure ongoing employment based on business needs. We are seeking flexible candidates with passion for retail, who have full availability across this time, including late-night and weekend trading hours. This operates on an on-site working pattern.
