About Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood
Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is the flagship casino resort of Hard Rock International, owned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida. This world-renowned entertainment, gaming and hospitality destination unveiled a $1.5 billion expansion on Oct. 24, 2019. New offerings include 638 upscale guestrooms in the first-ever Guitar Hotel, 168 luxury guestrooms and unique swim-up suites in the adjacent Oasis Tower, and 465 newly redesigned guestrooms in Hard Rock Hotel for a combined room count of 1,271 throughout the resort. Additional amenities include a lush, "Bora Bora" style lagoon with private cabanas and butler service; a 42,000 square-foot Rock Spa & Salon; a 13.5-acre recreational water experience; 19 dining outlets and 20 bars and lounges; an expansive gaming floor; and premier meeting and convention space. The highly anticipated Hard Rock Live entertainment venue will showcase A-list entertainers, comedy acts, Broadway performances, sporting events and live broadcast productions.

ResponsibilitiesEssential Job Functions:
- Exhibits conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
- Greets guests in a timely manner; requests primary beverage order and initiates conversation with guests.
- Expedites drink orders quickly and accurately and serves refills upon request.
- Adheres to all responsible alcohol serving requirements.
- Transports dishes to kitchen for washing and disposes of trash in designated receptacles.
- Communicates with servers and managers regarding guest requests.
- Models designer apparel and accessories, making costume changes during the scheduled shift.
- Interacts and entertains guests, creating memorable experiences and building guest loyalty.
- Maintains quality service standards with all guests.
- Assists the department head with the training/mentoring of new team members as requested.
- Acts as a role model to all employees.
- Demonstrates a commitment to responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
- Ensures prompt notification of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
- Meets the attendance requirements of the position.
- Performs other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and one (1) year experience as a bar apprentice and/or bartender required.
- Knowledge of all beverage functions and bar equipment.
- Previous experience working in a nightclub and/or entertainment venue preferred.
- Current or previous modeling and/or promotions experience required.
- Previous experience in upscale gaming lounge preferred.
- Must be able to properly wear the assigned uniform or special event costume.
- Must demonstrate the ability to wear specifically designed clothing/uniform and costumes as needed.
- If hired in a 24 hour outlet position, availability to work all shifts is required.
- Employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands, talk or hear, and taste or smell.
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- The work environment is hectic, fast-paced, and often crowded and noisy.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English.
The Tribal Council gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans. First preference in hiring is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements.
As part of Seminole Gaming's employment process, final candidates will be required to obtain gaming licensure by completing a background check.
