This venue combines the relaxed ambiance of a traditional brasserie with the innovation and flair of modern cuisine, creating a dining experience that is both refined and welcoming. Recognised for its culinary excellence with several accolades, including multiple chefs' hats across their portfolio, this specific brasserie is a cornerstone of the local dining scene, renowned for its impeccable service and vibrant atmosphere.

What Were Looking For:

  • Dedicated Brasserie Experience: A minimum of 5 years experience with at least3 years in a leadership role within the high-volume, high-end brasserie sector in the UK or Europe.Your expertise should include adeptly managing busy service periods, with a comprehensive understanding of brasserie-style service and cuisine.
  • Leadership Excellence: Proven experience leading a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to staff development, training, and creating a positive workplace culture.
  • Operational Proficiency: Strong operational and financial acumen, with hands-on experience in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, from floor management to financial oversight, ensuring efficiency and high standards.
  • Customer Service Focus: A passion for delivering best-in-class customer service, ensuring that every guest's experience meets the high standards for which our brasseries are known.
  • Global Perspective: Ideally, candidates will bring international experience, having worked in renowned brasseries or premium dining environments in major culinary capitals.
