Key Responsibilities- Set up and enter new claims into the system
- Update the system with review notes and additional inputs
- Process payments
- Manage communications through calls and emails to all stakeholders, including customers, brokers, and insurers
- Assist with driving claims to settlement
- Previous administration or customer service experience in a corporate environment
- Well-organized and good communication skills
- Motivated to build a career in insurance
- Open to new learning experiences
- A structured and supportive career pathway that can lead to becoming a loss adjuster
