Base pay range: A$119.36/hr - A$120.36/hr

Contract Details

This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading.

Position Overview

Join a purpose-driven team making a difference across Queensland. We are seeking a skilled Senior Applications & Integration Developer to support a major digital transformation within a large government department. You will work at the intersection of technology and justice, contributing to initiatives such as domestic violence prevention, digital access to legal support, and modernisation of justice systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Providing expert analysis and resolution for complex application and integration issues.
  2. Designing, building, and maintaining robust integration solutions using Microsoft Azure, APIM, REST APIs, and .NET/C#.
  3. Collaborating with stakeholders and support teams to improve application performance.
  4. Developing standards, documentation, and reusable frameworks.
  5. Monitoring platform performance and driving improvements.
Qualifications

Seeking an experienced developer with capabilities in:

  • Microsoft Azure integration services (e.g., APIM, Functions, Logic Apps)
  • .NET / C# development, REST APIs, SQL Server
  • CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows (Azure DevOps preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Collaborative approach with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with government environments and security protocols is highly regarded.
