Job Title: Senior Test Analysts (x2)

We are seeking two experienced Senior Test Analysts to join our team at the Australian Federal Police (AFP).

The successful applicants will be responsible for testing a range of CRM applications, including Salesforce Services Cloud and Salesforce Classic/Lightening.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct manual testing of CRM applications, including API testing, functional testing, system integration, regression testing, and UAT.
  • Define test scenarios, covering various integration points, and data scenarios of CRM applications.
  • Experience in test planning, designing and executing test cases and management of defects and test reports.
  • Test custom workflows, process builder flows, and Apex triggers.
  • Utilise tools such as Azure DevOps and ALM.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 to 5 years testing experience of a CRM application.
  • Extensive experience in various testing types, including API testing, functional testing, system integration, regression testing, and UAT.
  • ISTQB certification

Security Clearance:

AGSVA or AFP NV1
