Your role
Reporting to the Director, the Senior Manager Operations, Maintenance (Community Assets), is a critical member of the Programs & Partnerships Communities leadership team. This role leads a team in the management of a portfolio of over 700 residential assets across NSW, ensuring the department fulfills its maintenance obligations in relation to the Disability Group Homes portfolio.
What You'll Do
As part of the Program and Partnerships team with Infrastructure and Assets, you will be responsible for the Disability Group Homes asset portfolio to ensure that landlord operational maintenance standards and legislative / compliance requirements are met.
You will develop and implement infrastructure services partnerships, contracts and programs to provide efficient solutions to meet the needs of a dynamic asset portfolio which a number of the NSW community call home.
With a performance and outcome focused approach, you will promote a high-quality asset portfolio with a focus on achieving a positive customer experience supported by robust performance and compliance reporting.
Taking a proactive approach, and using your planned preventative maintenance expertise, you will develop a program of capital improvements / works to ensure the resilience of priority assets, working closely with the Program Delivery team to ensure the scope, schedule and budget are achievable and can be successful achieved in line with organisational priorities.

What We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate must have previous experience in managing and maintaining a diverse range of commercial and residential owned assets. Previous experience in the Disability sector would be highly desirable, but not essential.
