Nature of position: Permanent full time

What you'll be doing:

  • Ensuring top-tier quality by implementing and upholding the Quality Management Plan, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and all relevant regulations.
  • Conducting on-site inspections, ensuring work meets nbn's high standards while identifying areas for improvement.
  • Providing detailed product quality reports, analyzing trends, and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
  • Working closely with client representatives, conducting joint field audits, and addressing quality control issues proactively.
  • Ensuring all field assurance activities align with the audit schedule and operational requirements.

Who we're looking for:

  • Strong knowledge of FTTP, FTTC, FTTN, HFC, or basic civils is desirable.
  • Experience in Quality Management or Supervisory roles within telecommunications or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues early and work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Confident communicator capable of liaising with field teams, internal stakeholders, and client representatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting and data analysis.
