The Insurance Broker will be responsible for:

  • Nurturing talent through recruitment, onboarding, and personal development
  • Relationship development and coordination of product and service solutions specific to our Not For Profit client group
  • Client retention, revenue generation, and budget management

Responsibilities

  • Manage client profitability, placement in line with Aon's Go to Market strategy, compliance, work processes and workflow
Requirements
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering results in an operational leadership position
  • Proven experience of public speaking at client events
  • Ability to provide examples of process improvement successes
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance and a proven history of building strong relationships across the organisation
