The role:
Lead the change management activities for the replacement of a legacy grants management system with a modern Salesforce based solution.

What you will be doing:

  • Assess the impact of change across the organisation.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure a smooth transition for stakeholders through planning, engagement, and support.
  • Develop and deliver effective change communications.

Desirable Experience:

  • Leading change across complex programs, with a strong focus on organisational change.
  • Agile project delivery and phased rollout approaches (e.g. by specific user groups).
  • Grants management systems and/or Salesforce project exposure.
