Role Overview: Manager Integrated Audits

Reporting to the Head of Integrated Audits, this role emphasizes customer obsession and collaborative success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and deliver audits and Issue Verifications by guiding the audit team to identify key risks related to Technologies, mitigating controls, and to develop and execute a control testing plan.
  2. Execute audits and issue verifications per the Bank's Audit Methodology through stakeholder engagement, produce high-quality audit reports, and provide SME guidance to develop and execute risk-based control testing plans.
  3. Support the Head of to develop and implement the annual audit delivery plan through effective resource allocation.
Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience in risk-based audits with a strong understanding of risk management in medium to large environments, preferably in Banking & Financial Services.
  • Knowledge of core IT infrastructure, architecture, networking, security, and emerging technologies like AI, APIs, microservices, DevSecOps, CI/CD.
  • Understanding of regulatory standards and compliance in the financial sector.
  • Ability to build relationships across organizational levels and translate technical findings into business insights.
  • Experience in people management and leadership.
