Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Presales Architect who brings deep technical expertise in Salesforce solutions along with exposure to other cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). This role is pivotal in driving pre-sales engagements, crafting winning solutions, and articulating business value to clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical discovery and solutioning for Salesforce engagements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Platform.
  • Collaborate with sales, consulting, and delivery teams to design scalable and integrated solutions.
  • Present tailored demos, prototypes, and technical proposals to prospective clients.
  • Align Salesforce offerings with broader cloud architecture (e.g., data hosted on AWS, integrations with Azure services, etc.).
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and solution blueprints.
  • Contribute to RFPs, RFIs, and proposals with detailed architecture diagrams and cost models.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years in presales/solution architecture roles.
  • Exposure to other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, GCP BigQuery).
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, data modeling, and security.
  • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language.
  • Salesforce certifications highly preferred (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA pathway).
