We are seeking a highly skilled Family Law Paralegal to join our award-winning team. As a key member of our family law department, you will work closely with other paralegals and family lawyers, including an accredited specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting family law documents and correspondence
  • Liaising with private clients
  • Preparing and drafting briefs, assisting with trial preparation, maintaining case files, court orders, and affidavits
  • Online court filing and liaising with the Family Law Court
  • Coordinating meetings and conferences
  • General administration as required

Requirements:
