Business Development Representative (Field Sales)

Location: On the Road – Across Sydney

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $55k per year base (Base + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses)

What You'll Do:

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at KPay, you'll be on the ground driving our growth by building strong relationships with merchants across your region. This is a field-based sales role, perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic, people-facing environments.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Hit the Streets: Actively prospect and approach new businesses through in-person visits, walk-ins, and territory canvassing.
• Own the Sales Cycle: From first introduction to signed deal—you'll lead every step of the process.
• Onboard New Merchants: Guide clients through a seamless transition to KPay, setting them up for success from day one.
• Be Their Go-To Partner: Manage relationships with your merchants, helping them unlock the full value of our solutions.
• Drive Growth: Hit and exceed targets while earning commission on every deal—no caps, no limits.

• You're legally allowed to work in Australia and open to travel within your region.
