Join us as a Clinical Team Leader at Regis Aged Care

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Team Leader-Redlynch to coordinate and lead our care team in collaboration with the Facility Manager. Your role will ensure compliance with legislative and statutory requirements, enabling us to deliver high-quality care and a fulfilling lifestyle for our residents.

Working within a supportive and dynamic environment, you will face diverse challenges and have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the aged care community.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage all clinical services according to Regis policies and procedures
  • Promote continuous improvement in clinical and lifestyle services
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of clinical documentation
  • Support scheduled audits and clinical indicator reviews
  • Maintain relevant and up-to-date resident health records
  • Observe and monitor medication management guidelines, ensuring best practices
About You

You will be a collaborative senior member of the operational leadership team with:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or Australian recognized equivalency
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Senior clinical care experience in health and aged care sectors
  • Knowledge of care assessment processes and use of AN-ACC
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in various IT applications
  • Understanding of AN-ACC funding and aged care standards
  • Ability to provide satisfactory background checks, NDIS worker screening clearance, flu vaccinations, and certification proof
