About the Role

As Campaign Administration Coordinator, you will:

  • Take ownership of the end-to-end administration of property marketing campaigns, ensuring every detail is meticulously managed and deadlines are consistently met.
  • Liaise with agents, vendors, creative teams, and external suppliers to coordinate campaign materials, bookings, and approvals.
  • Prepare, review, and process all campaign-related documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in our systems and databases, ensuring all campaign activity is tracked and reported.
  • Support the listing process by preparing marketing collateral, scheduling photography, and coordinating online and print advertising.
  • Be the go-to for campaign administration queries, providing proactive support and solutions to the team.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in real estate administration, campaign coordination, or sales support.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confidence with real estate systems, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset — you anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
