Casual Retail Professional - Jindalee Factory Outlet, Brisbane

We are seeking a Retail Professional to join our Jindalee Factory Outlet in Brisbane on a casual basis.

Please note, this role requires availability to work both weekdays and weekends.

Key responsibilities:

  • Achieve store sales, KPI, and individual performance targets, utilizing all available store resources.
  • Deliver excellent customer service standards to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and in-store communication standards.
  • Process merchandise deliveries efficiently and replenish fixtures to ensure full product representation on the sales floor.
  • Represent the adidas brand and values in an inspiring way.

Requirements:

Strong retail sales or customer service experience with a successful track record. Motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Must have availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends; please include your availability in your application.
