Overview

Bigboi has quickly established itself as the go-to global brand for car care products. As we continue to experience rapid growth and expansion, we are seeking a full-time dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team at Bigboi's Head Office in Revesby, Sydney.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Acquisition
    • Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and market analysis.
    • Conduct outreach efforts, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
    • Generate and qualify leads to identify new sales opportunities.
    • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
    • Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs and interests of each customer.
    • Training on existing and new products selling their features and benefits.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Docs and analytics tools.
  2. Relationship Management
    • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
    • Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations to enhance the customer's experience.
  3. Sales Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives.
    • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales processes and techniques.
  4. Reporting and Analysis
    • Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and revenue forecasts.
    • Analyse sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential growth opportunities.
