What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting your Store Manager to lead, inspire and grow a high-performing team.
• Driving a culture of exceptional customer experience in a fast-moving outlet environment.
• Helping to deliver strong sales results while keeping the brand experience front and centre.
• Taking ownership of daily operations, stock management and store presentation.
