The Role

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team at the Hallam Transfer Station in a full-time, permanent role starting as General labourer while training up to become a Yellow Gear Operator. Whether you're already qualified or looking to become certified, this position offers the opportunity to develop skills in operating both a Forklift and a Front-end loader.
  • Load and unload waste from vehicles
  • Safely operate waste processing equipment
  • Undertake daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment
  • general site cleaning

About You
  • Has or willing to obtain relevant yellow gear licences
  • Comfortable working in a physical, hands-on environment
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Committed to maintaining a high standard of safety
  • Must be willing to take a Pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol test
