Senior Test Analyst – Dynamics 365 & Power Platform

Join the Enterprise Business Platform team, responsible for delivering high-quality operational and technical application development and support across Microsoft Dynamics solutions including D365 Customer Service, D365 Field Service, and the Power Platform.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop test artefacts including test plans and summary reports
  • Manage and coordinate test efforts and teams as needed
  • Ensure testing standards align with organisational and industry best practices
  • Mentor subject matter experts in testing processes
  • Derive, maintain, and execute test cases and associated data from detailed requirements
  • Document and report test results thoroughly and accurately
  • Coordinate issue resolution and escalate risks or quality concerns
  • Assist with test environment management
  • Provide timely updates to the Test Manager
What we're looking for:
  • Proven experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications within an Agile SDLC
  • Strong project experience with a focus on delivering on time and within budget
  • Knowledge of technologies and ICT infrastructure in complex environments
  • Familiarity with test methodologies and tools such as ALM – Quality Centre, JIRA, Confluence, and Zephyr Scale
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Well-developed documentation and reporting skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Effective time management in a high-pressure, multi-priority environment
