We are looking for a Store Manager who will spoil our customers and lead and grow a passionate, successful team. You will be responsible for: * Motivating, inspiring and energising your team * Recruiting effectively for your team and store's needs and building a strong talent pipeline * Identify individual training needs and developing Assistant Store Managers, Supervisors and Team Members * Setting daily targets for each of your team, reviewing progress and providing feedback * Ensuring the Koko Black experience is delivered at all times in your store * Developing opportunities to maximise transactions and sales * Effectively managing stock to and minimising waste * Manage store presentation to deliver upon visual merchandising and promotions calendar.
