Key Job Details

This role is part of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood team, which is owned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida. As a Model Server, you will provide exceptional service to guests in an upscale gaming lounge and entertainment environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit conduct in accordance with Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida policies.
  • Take guest orders, serve drinks, collect monies, and market lounge services to create a memorable experience.
  • Develop promotional ideas to increase business levels and revenue opportunities.
  • Model designer apparel and accessories, interacting with guests in a cordial and gracious manner.
  • Maintain quality service standards, ensuring a friendly atmosphere and responsible gaming practices.
  • Assist department heads with training and mentoring new team members as needed.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and one year of experience in beverage/cocktail service.
  • Previous experience in a nightclub or entertainment venue is highly preferred.
  • Current or previous modeling and/or promotions experience is required within the last five years.
  • Ability to properly wear assigned uniforms or special event costumes.
  • Must demonstrate flair and techniques associated with modeling industry requirements.
Work Environment:
  • Frequent standing, walking, and communication with guests in English while maintaining dialogue with all cultures and ethnicities.
  • The casino environment can be hectic, fast-paced, and crowded; may be exposed to second-hand smoke, excessive noise, and constant exposure to the general public.
