Investment Analyst

Perks People Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Investment Analyst to join our client's team, a boutique funds manager with a national presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and investment analysis, with experience working in high-performance environments.
The RoleKey responsibilities include:
- Developing comprehensive investment appraisals for new acquisitions
- Supporting asset acquisition and disposal processes
- Preparing financial data for investor reports and investment committees
- Undertaking advanced investment analytics on property assets
- Creating and refining dynamic financial models
- Designing and implementing distribution forecast models
- Continuously monitoring sector, market, and economic conditions
- Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or similar field
- 1-3 years' experience in financial, business, or investment analysis within a high-performance environment
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- Proven analytical and research skills
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all organisational levels
- Strong written and presentation skills
- Drive, passion for the industry, and a can-do attitude
