Gardening & Lawn Mowing Offsider Sub-Contractor

About the role

We are seeking a Gardening & Lawn Mowing Offsider Subcontractors to join our team at Green Outdoor Lawn Mowing and Gardening Services in Oakford, WA 6121. In this hands-on role, you will support our experienced gardening and lawn mowing crews to provide high-quality lawn and garden maintenance services to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

Assisting our lawn mowing and gardening crews with all aspects of lawn and garden maintenance, including mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, and general garden cleanup

Operating lawn mowers, trimmers, and other gardening equipment safely and effectively

Ensuring tools and equipment are well-maintained and stored properly

Providing excellent customer service by being friendly, responsive, and attentive to the needs of our clients

Adhering to all relevant health and safety policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Some previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or lawn mowing (desirable, but not essential)

A keen interest in and passion for outdoor work and maintaining beautiful gardens

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions

Physically fit and able to perform physically demanding tasks

3-4 days availability and able to work long days 10–12-hour days.

A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transportation.
