Skillful Client Service Executive Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Client Services team at Compass Offices. As a Senior Client Service Executive, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to our tenants and guests. You will work from the front desk of one of our modern centres in Sydney, providing support to the team and working in a collaborative environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Manage various tasks, including client communications, meeting room bookings, facility maintenance, and office allocations.
  • Assist with billing and booking system operations to guarantee accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism by anticipating and responding to clients' needs and queries.
  • Contribute to project coordination, procurement processes, revenue generation, and liaison with building management.
  • Lead the Front Office team independently and coach junior staff members.
Key Requirements:
  • Prior experience in customer service and administration is highly valued.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • An open-minded, proactive, and organized approach to work is expected.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English is mandatory.
