About the role:

As a Food Services Assistant, you'll be part of an experienced, engaged, and dedicated team, helping create a welcoming, professional, and supportive care experience for residents at our Maroochydore facility.

What we look for:
  • Ability to work on a casual basis
  • Experience in similar roles assisting with meal preparation and service
  • Skills in setting tables, cleaning dishes, and general cleaning duties
  • Genuine, professional customer service skills, team orientation, and good presentation
  • Commercial cookery qualifications are desirable
  • Ability to provide catering and kitchen services aligned with our mission and philosophy
  • Compliance with food safety hygiene standards
  • Understanding of aged care, resident rights, and responsibilities
  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check is required
