About The Role

The Maths Teacher will work collaboratively to develop and deliver highly effective and engaging programs that are suited to the diverse needs of our students and meet the requirements of the NSW Maths Curriculum. Applicants with experience working in Special Assistance Schools in NSW and with programming and Stage 6 experience will be strongly considered.

Key Selection Criteria

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A four-year teaching qualification or equivalent and eligibility with a NESA Teaching Accreditation.
  • Demonstrated understanding of and experience in implementing NSW Maths curriculum through scope and sequencing, programming and assessments.
  • Experience in teaching diverse range of students with engaging lessons.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively and creatively with colleagues to improve the quality of programs and enhance student outcomes.

You Must Have
  • Valid and current Driver's Licence;
  • Satisfactory Criminal History Check;
  • Valid Employee Working with Children Check;
  • NESA Teacher Accreditation.
