Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pathology Collector to join our team at QML Pathology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collecting blood samples with care and attention to detail
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for every patient
  • Preparing and packaging specimens for transport and testing
  • Liaising with patients, clinic staff, and couriers to ensure seamless operations

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Phlebotomy or a related field
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
  • A valid Driver's license and flexibility to travel to multiple clinics
  • A working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain one
Vaccination Requirements
  • Vaccine preventable disease evidence such as Hepatitis B is a requirement of this role
  • Other vaccinations based on location may be required or recommended
