The Role

We're seeking a results-orientedBusiness Development Managerwith a strong background in digital/web solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, uncovering client needs, and offering strategic website and marketing solutions that solve real business problems.

You'll work closely with our design, development, and marketing teams to bring projects to life, from initial pitch through to delivery handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a strategic partner
  • Lead discovery meetings and proposal presentations for website builds, branding, SEO, and marketing campaigns
  • Write tailored proposals and scopes in collaboration with our internal teams
  • Manage the sales pipeline and report on activity and performance
  • Oversee smooth project handovers into delivery, ensuring alignment on scope and expectations
  • Collaborate with our offshore production team and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up to date with digital trends and bring fresh thinking to the table

You'll Need

  • 3+ years' experience in business development or digital account management
  • A proven track record of closing deals and meeting revenue goals
  • Solid understanding of digital services including websites (UX, CMS), branding, and marketing strategy
  • Strong communication, presentation, and commercial acumen
  • Confidence managing multiple leads and client conversations simultaneously
  • Ability to work well with both in-house and offshore teams
  • A genuine interest in digital innovation and business growth
