We have a national network of health clubs across Australia, with 42 locations and growing. Our clubs feature a wide range of exercise options, including weights, cardio, swimming, dance, boxing, and cycling.
The RoleWe are seeking a passionate and friendly person to join our team as a Member Services Officer in Port Macquarie.
This role involves providing excellent customer service to our members and visitors, promoting the centre's services and programs, and acquiring new members.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to all customers, both in person and over the telephone
- Promoting the centre's services and programs to customers and accepting customer bookings and enrolments
- Working closely with other staff members to achieve individual and team goals and targets
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of the centre's services and programs
Requirements:
- Passion for fitness and health
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Able to provide exceptional customer service
- Previous experience in a similar position highly advantageous
