The job:
Working as part of our Retail team in Tamworth, you will be vital to the store`s success.
We aim to make every store visit exceptional for our customers, working closely with the public to understand their needs and advise on high-value purchases.
Here`s what you`ll do day-to-day:
- Provide exceptional service by listening to customer needs and guiding them to find the perfect fit
- Be available throughout their store visit, from greeting to understanding their sleep preferences
- Become a Sleepmatch Master, using our sleep technology to help customers choose the right mattress
- Maintain store appearance through housekeeping and updating displays
