Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide expert legal advice and representation in property law matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on property law developments.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Paralegal:

  • Assist solicitors with case preparation and document management.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
  • Liaise with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and case management.

Qualifications

  • Admitted to practice as a solicitor in Australia.
  • Strong interest and experience in property law.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Paralegal:

  • Relevant qualifications or experience in a legal setting.
  • Strong interest in property law.
  • Excellent organisational and research skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
