We are seeking a qualified experienced Studio Engineer to provide engineering, and operational support for our TV broadcast production.

The Role

  • Be technically competent and qualified to be the first line of engineering response to all studio operational and technical issues with the ability to problem solve faults on the spot in the shortest possible timeframe
  • Provide assistance, train and coach the studio technicians
  • Assist with major engineering installations, repairs, upgrades and maintenance projects
  • Work with the Broadcast Project Engineer to streamline production process and producers

What You Will Bring To The Role
  • Must have a degree in Electronic Engineering
  • Minimum 3 year experience working in broadcasting
  • Experience in component level fault finding and repairs
  • Networking to CCNA2
  • Excellent communication skill, both verbal and written
  • Show an aptitude for mechanical maintenance
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
