The Opportunity

Due to our sustained growth, we are currently seeking a Senior Electrical & Instrumentation Designer to join our team in the Brisbane office. This position reports directly to the Designer Team Lead and involves working on a diverse range of projects across the Energy, Chemicals and Mineral Processing industries.

Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years industry experience;
  • Mining / minerals processingor oil & gas experience desirable;
  • A strong understanding of relevant Australian standards;
  • Experience with client standards and specifications and ability to interpret and incorporate requirements;
  • Be able to work autonomously;
  • Be proficient in producing 2D design drawings (including electrical schematics, panel layouts, single line diagrams, instrument drawings);
  • Be proficient with AutoCAD or MicroStation;
