We are seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our pre-opening team at The Star Brisbane. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of exceptional food and beverage experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thorough knowledge of our menu and ingredients.
- Prepare high-quality dishes in line with menu requirements and kitchen standards.
- Mentor and develop junior chefs in the team.
- Perform complex cooking duties and assist with mise en place.
