Front Office Receptionist - Permanent Part Time/Casual

Quest Apartment Hotels is the largest and fastest growing serviced apartment operator in Australasia with a network of over 150 franchised properties across Australia, New Zealand and Fiji. Quest Bendigo is a well appointed 4.5 star rated property with 38 apartments, comprising studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments, located a short walk from Bendigo's CBD. We are now seeking an enthusiastic Front Office Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis, working approximately 2-3 days a week across both Quest properties in Bendigo.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all areas of Front Office Reception, including, but not limited to:

Responsibilities
  • Responding to accommodation enquiries and processing reservations
  • Maintaining accurate guest accounts and guest history
  • Delivering a high level of professional customer service
  • Ensuring all aspects of front office/reception run smoothly
Qualifications
  • Passion for providing friendly, personalised customer service
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Genuine interest in a career within the hospitality industry
  • Previous front office/reception experience is preferred, ideally in a hospitality/travel/tourism environment
  • Experience with sales and industry qualifications will be highly regarded
Requirements and Application
  • The successful applicant must be flexible and available to work shifts which are mostly afternoon/evening and weekends with a rotating roster which includes public holidays.
