About the Role

Are you a highly organised, creative multitasker with a passion for social media and content creation? In this fast-paced, hands-on role, you'll manage and create content across multiple platforms for childcare and commercial brands, helping elevate their profile. You'll need to be proactive, detail-oriented, and equipped with the tools to deliver high-quality content that resonates with diverse audiences.

This role involves juggling multiple tasks, developing engaging content, and bringing innovative ideas to life. You'll work across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more, while contributing to brand development and digital growth.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Platform Management: Oversee and manage multiple accounts, including Instagram (for childcare and commercial brands), TikTok (childcare brand), and LinkedIn (company profiles).
  2. Content Creation: Build and execute a content calendar, creating visually engaging posts, reels, and videos aligned with brand identities. Capture authentic, on-the-ground moments that reflect the energy, values, and unique qualities of the brands.

  • Highly Organised: Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative Visionary: A passion for crafting compelling content and telling stories through visual and written mediums.
  • Social Media Expert: Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn, with experience managing and growing accounts.
  • Video Editing Proficiency: Skilled in tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent video editing software.
  • Self-Starter: Motivated and proactive, able to work independently and take initiative.
  • Collaborative: Comfortable engaging with staff, business leaders, and stakeholders to gather content and represent the brand authentically.
  • Trend-Aware: Always up-to-date on the latest social media trends, tools, and features to keep content fresh and innovative.
  • Technical Skills: Competent in photo and video editing tools, as well as social media scheduling and analytics platforms.
  • Driver's License: Willingness to travel locally to centres on a weekly basis to capture content.
