This is a fully remote position; however, the successful candidate must be based in Cairns or surrounding areas to complete workplace visits.

About You- Qualified in Occupational Therapy
- Registered with AHPRA or ESSA
- Full working rights + Australian Driver's Licence
- Guide injured individuals back into the workforce with empathy and expertise
- Conduct meaningful assessments and support career transition
- Collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers to craft impactful solutions
- Design tailored Return to Work plans focused on recovery and resilience
- Visit workplaces to identify challenges and champion safer, inclusive environments
