Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor electricians and subcontractors, fostering a high-performing team.
2. Project Management: Coordinate resources, schedules, and assist with budgets to deliver projects on time and within scope.
3. Technical Oversight: Support installations, troubleshooting, and compliance with industry standards.
4. Safety First: Maintain a safe worksite and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
5. Client Collaboration: Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and communication.

About You

You're a skilled leader with a solid electrical background and a drive to deliver results. The ideal candidate will:

1. Hold a current Electrical Licence and Construction White Card.
2. Have at least 3 years of field experience and a proven record in team supervision.
3. Be highly organized with excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
4. Exhibit strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
5. Possess valid CPR, LVR, EWP and a QLD driver's licence.
