A$120,000.00/yr - A$135,000.00/yr

Microsoft Dynamics Consultant - D365 Business Central / Technical Support / D365 Field Services
  • Salary: Up to $135K + Super
  • 3+ years in application support with expertise in D365 Business Central or Field Services

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Provide high-level technical and functional support for clients using D365 Business Central and D365 Field Services.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform system configurations, and offer solutions for ongoing customer needs.
  • Handle Level 2-3 technical support, addressing queries and providing system enhancements.
  • Offer administrative support, focusing on customer success and identifying opportunities to improve system performance.
  • Manage user access, conduct system updates, and optimize Business Central for the client's needs.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure they receive ongoing support.

YOU WILL NEED...

  • 3+ years' experience in application support, specifically within D365 Business Central or Field Services
  • Experience in customer success and providing Level 2-3 technical support.
  • Ability to configure, maintain, and support Business Central's core modules (finance, supply chain, etc.).
  • Experience within a Functional capacity
  • Troubleshooting skills and experience resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Solid understanding of best practices in ERP systems administration and customer support.

IT'S NICE TO HAVE...

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Background working within an MSP or Consultancy
