Make a Real Difference as a Claims Manager

In this role, you'll support landlords through unexpected property events – like damage, disputes, or tenant issues. You'll guide them through the claims process with empathy and efficiency, making what could be a tough time easier and less overwhelming.

You'll join our Terri Scheer Claims team, part of one of Australia's most trusted insurance groups, and help deliver high-quality service to customers who rely on us every day.

What You'll Do

Manage Claims from Start to Finish – Own your caseload and keep customers informed every step of the way.
Deliver Outstanding Customer Service – Be a calm, supportive voice in tough situations.
Collaborate for Great Outcomes – Work with assessors, tradespeople, and internal teams to progress claims.
Use Sound Judgement – Apply policy with empathy and fairness.
Drive Improvement – Share ideas and feedback – we want to keep getting better.
